The Tutorial Action Plan of the centre is divided into three phases.
Welcome
- Facilitate the integration of newly admitted students and those on mobility programmes within the University.
- Provide information about the structure of the degree, University services and available support resources.
- Foster an environment of trust between students and teaching staff.
Monitoring
- Provide ongoing academic guidance, adapted to the needs of each stage of the degree.
- Inform about progression requirements, assessment criteria and possible academic pathways (specialisation options, electives, external placements, mobility and undergraduate dissertation).
- Promote student wellbeing through actions related to the development of transferable skills: study techniques, time management, anxiety management, etc.
- Identify academic or personal difficulties at an early stage and refer students to specialist services.
Professional Guidance
- Prepare students for the transition to the workplace through guidance on career options, curriculum vitae preparation, interviews, etc.
- Promote knowledge of postgraduate programme opportunities.
- Establish links with the professional environment through seminars, meetings with graduates and experts.
